The mattresses and toppers are also new. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a Bialetti electric espresso maker, a regular coffee maker, and a toaster. Below the house is an idyllic water lily pond.
