The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Chez Béa - countryside home with pool

Come and discover the Charentaise countryside, in the heart of the Cognaçais vineyard, in Grande Champagne, within a wine farm. I will provide you with a new accommodation of 50 m² adjoining my house, but totally independent. You can take advantage of the family heated swimming pool from May to October. Depending on my availability, I would be happy to show you around our distillery.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
