Very well equipped, clean and beautiful. Spectacular view. The building is always in perfect condition. The receptionists are all very friendly and decisive. The location is excellent, 5/10 minutes from the center on foot and 5 minutes on foot from Praia dos Ossos and Azeda, 10 minutes on foot from Joao Fernández. Very nice area for walking, full of restaurants, markets, pharmacies and bars. We would definitely come back!

Super clean and organized environment, we ended up feeling at home since the apartment is really complete for everything we need! Dayanne was attentive and polite to us from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always helpful and gave us tips about the lakes region. Great!

The house and setting are more breathtaking than the photos allow to show. I've been to Buzios several times and this was definitely the best choice.

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. The stay in the house was great. The mto bom condominium, standing on the sand of Geriba beach. Large room with American kitchen. The rooms communicate with each other, but since we were in the family, we saw no problem at that point. Hosts responded to messages quickly.

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not having stayed longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

I highly recommend Sérgio's accommodation, the place matches the photos and the ad. Super clean and fragrant environment. An incredible view goes beyond the photos of the ads, wonderful place. Friendly staff. We had no problems with parking or anything. My husband and I will definitely be back more often.

Amazing place to go with family and kids. Very spacious and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friend. The cat is cute and doesn't bother anyone.

The house is very cozy, it's beautiful! Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I would not miss my series and listen to music on the television. My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

Our stay was excellent, the house is very cozy, Ms. Rejane's reception was excellent, super polite and attentive, Vinícius was also super attentive the house is literally facing the sea, a quiet place to enjoy with the family, nothing to complain about, we are already planning our return. Beautifully cared for apartment and it is exactly as in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen is quite complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you want to go to the bathroom or pick something up at the Ap, it's pretty quick! Another positive point: it is facing a fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. Apartment balcony makes it well ventilated, clear and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and the availability of Ceiça. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.
