Parties and other events are NOT permitted in the property. Our building is tranquil, and most residents are local and live in the building throughout the year. There is a doorman in the building who is 24/7 monitoring the premises. (Please abstain from booking if you disagree with the rules)

Hola! espacio muy agradable, silencioso y privado. Dos habitaciones, una de dormitorio y otra como salón privado. Todo independiente. Solo se comparte la entrada del piso. Dispones de cocina independiente bien equipada, y un piso muy grande para la privacidad de todos. Baño privado grande. Ubicación inmejorable. Tengo un gato y hay buen rollo en piso. Ubicación inmejorable cerca del paseo de Gracia. Con dos líneas de metro a 5 minutos.
