Holiday rentals with beach access in Barequeçaba

We hosted a couple and two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a differential, because the region is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We love it.

It was a very good weekend, the house was very cozy and very organized. Our expectation was successfully met!

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

Bruno was a host who quickly communicated and resolved any difficulties. The bungalow matches the listing and has all the necessary amenities for a great stay.

I really liked the place, very good structure and organized. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

I loved the apartment, very well equipped and the view is wonderful. Adriana is very friendly and attentive, we had an issue at check-in (at 2 a.m.), and she responded promptly, helping. I will definitely return more often and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here with friends! The place had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The path is short but steep, so it might be something to consider for those with reduced mobility. For us, it was no problem at all, and the peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. It’s a very quiet area, and we felt completely at ease during our stay. The garden is absolutely beautiful - lush and green, a perfect spot to relax. The house has two apartments on the ground floor, and the owners live above, which creates a nice balance of privacy and support if needed. There were quite a few mosquitos, but that’s completely normal on the island, so just bring repellent and you’ll be fine. Overall, a truly lovely experience. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it is super well structured and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

I went with my family and the place is very nice and quiet, it fully corresponds with the listing, good location, easy access and has all the items you need to stay, all well cared for and beautiful, and outside the beach of Barequeçaba is a delight! Gisele was super friendly and flexible regarding the checkin/checkout, Célia was the one who received us, super friendly too and received us super well!! I highly recommend the site and hope to come back more often.

Belle and Rosangela are amazing hosts. You can see that they take care of the place with great affection, and Rosangela was always available when we needed it. The air bnb is actually 300 meters from barequeçaba beach, so we were able to enjoy it every day. We managed to eat well with the tips of restaurants they gave us, as well as that there was a market and pharmacy 400 m from the site. The place is small, but nothing that gets in the way. Comportou 2 people peacefully, boasts everything you need.

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

The house is great, clean, super complete and with everything working. We will certainly come back more often!

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Sensational, what a wonderful place, apartment with an impeccable view. Condomínio then does not speak, what a pool!!! I will return more times without a doubt!
