Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Barlavento Algarvio

I had a very nice stay. The host was very friendly and gave me many tips on what to do. The pool was clean and cleaned. The room is beautiful and the view as promised with a view of the sea. Of course, a little further away but everything very nice. With access directly to the upper summer terrace, I enjoyed the evening with a glass of wine that I received as a welcome gift. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

We loved our stay and recommend this beautiful spot to everyone. Very peaceful, quiet, and filled with beautiful flowers and trees. We loved relaxing on our balcony listening to the birds. However the best part was the sweet pup and cat that greet you each day! We loved Kiku and Amilca.

Marianne and Göran are perfect hosts! We immediately felt very comfortable and our dog didn't want to leave. We will recommend the place to our friends and hopefully come back soon. Thank you so much for everything!

Josep and Carla are truly amazing! They have such a positive vibe and so super kind! They were always there when we needed something, but at the same time we felt we had a lot of privacy all the time. And the breakfasts we got were incredibly good! The property is very clean and has stunning views over the ocean (the sunsets from the rooftop terrace are truly magical). The location is also perfect; right in front of the beautiful boardwalk that leads to super nice little beaches. Restaurants and shops are all walking distance, but it is very quiet at night. A place where you can really relax! We would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much Josep and Carla!

I had a fantastic stay at Zenit B&B with Rose and Gino. From the moment I arrived, their warm and genuine welcome made me feel at home. The B&B is perfectly located in the heart of Olhão’s old town — close to restaurants and the harbor, yet peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well taken care of, with a nice variety of fruit. Rose and Gino are the heart of Zenit B&B — and you can truly feel that in their hospitality. A really good stay! Only a 10/15 minute walk from the main center and the beaches! Simao gives amazing suggestions upon check-in as well.

Very pleasant stay centrally located in Algarve. Beautiful rooms with private balcony and pool that you share with 4 other guests. Very nice breakfast as well as the opportunity to dine there in the evening. Anne and George are very sweet and warm people who will welcome you with much love and they can cook great.

We were lucky enough to have a wonderful time at Birds of Paradise. Vanessa and D**k were absolutely outstanding hosts and made our stay memorable with their kind and tips. The house itself was simply stunning. The house is lovingly and stylishly decorated and the outdoor area with pool is unique. The villa is very clean and is insanely well appointed. Breakfast is prepared with a lot of love and offers everything you want. The location of the house was also ideal. Nearby there were beautiful beaches where we did a fantastic surf class. D**k was kind enough to make us contact with the surf school. All in all, I would highly recommend this place. If you want to spend an unforgettable holiday near Arrifana Beach, this is the place for you! We just regret that we didn't stay longer! We will be back!!

It is an oasis of peace at Jan and Linda's. The room is even better than in the pictures and exceeds all expectations. In addition to the wonderful room with its own terrace, there are places scattered all over the grounds where you can sit in the sun or shade. The swimming pool is perfect for cooling off, the breakfast is delicious and different every day. Jan and Linda have many tips for the area, from food to activities, and are always up for a chat. And to top it off, the dog Saar also likes that you are there, and the cat also comes around the corner from time to time. Despite the tranquility, everything is also close by. The supermarket is a 6-minute drive away, and the beach and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away. Also great to do with an Uber. The days have flown by and we would love to go back.

People as caring as good tips. The environment they created is ideal and soothing, everything is there. Splendid places in the area are easy to access. We'll be back, probably... In short, don't hesitate to spend some of your time in this place!

A really great hostel, excellent value for money. Clean facilities, lots of space in communal areas. Breakfast was a treat, really fresh! Super central location as well, so easy to get around sagres. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Bert and Els are the hospitality themselves. Breakfast was perfect and there was always some goodies. The baking of Els are really delicious! Bert takes all the time to answer questions and also just to have a nice chat. Not to mention: two treasures of dogs who greeted us very enthusiastically every morning. Stay with Els and Bert is recommended.

100% worth it. Yes, it's a bit out of the way but I couldn't recommend this place more. We stayed in Room #2 which I believe is the King adjacent to the pool. The decor was so well done. The breakfast is delicious and hospitality was amazing. We had an early bus ride back to Lisbon and Marlene packed us some snacks for our journey back which saved us a lot of trouble. Some small details that I don't think other people have mentioned, the water pressure is great in the shower and you won't have a problem with hot water. Simply a great experience here. If you're lucky, you'll get to see the horses across the field! Ubers are super cheap and they had no problem getting to this location. We rented a car for a day and had no problem parking. There was plenty of space and room for more. Couldn't recommend Marlene's place more and it was easily the best AirBNB experience we had in Portugal by far.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, If you don't stay there, it's your own fault. The breakfast and the care were excellent. We would love to come back and can recommend the accommodation from the heart ♥️

This was a beautiful place to stay with such kind hosts. Everything was perfect, so clean, peaceful, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place if visiting Lagos. We would love to come back again.

5 stars aren't enough! amazing place, pristinely clean, amazing friendly staff. the room is very clean and has a great bed and comfortable mattress. spacious bathroom. they have a small kitchen where you can use a small fridge, microwave, kettle, etc. if you have the chance, include breakfast as it is very good. totally worth.

Ana is friendly and amazing host. The villa was a great choice, waking up in a calm surrounding, close to the nicest beaches of the region. Highly recommended.

Very nice exotic accommodation, well-equipped, very clean and well-located. I loved the contact with Florance and Alain because thanks to them we feel at home, they are always available to help us and are very nice. As soon as we can, we'll go back, you can go there with your eyes closed.

From the property you can explore the Algarve by car. The Vila is very nice, quietly located and easily accessible. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable.

We are currently on a round trip in Portugal and are glad that we spent four nights with Georgia and Marcio! Next time, I'd love to stay longer! We like to have the space on the porch for breakfast and in the evening for a glass of wine. Wonderfully suited as a starting point to discover the Algarve! Thank you so much for the nice time! Beautiful location, the views on the surrounding land are great. The rooms are nicely designed, clean and well equipped. The common areas are super functional. Highly recommend the place.
