The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Our nice guest house on cozy Södra Näs. Here you live on 37 sqm with a high standard between Träslövsläge and Apelviken. You walk in a few minutes to several swimming beaches or restaurants. You see the beautiful blue sea, from the kitchen table. The cottage has a full kitchen with everything necessary for cooking everyday or partying. The bathroom has in addition to the toilet, shower and sink also a combined wash and dryer. Patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

This apartment is in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Close to the city center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 minutes' walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be used, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
