James was very responsive to several problems we had with the property. He immediately asked if we wanted him to come out to fix the issue. All in all, it is a wonderful place, perfect for a family reunion! The downstairs space is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games. We expect to rent this property again! Thank you

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

Amanda's place was a wonderful retreat for me and my son. It was walkable to the beach, close to bike trails, and nice restaurants in area. Happy to find a wagon for the beach that she provided. she also had beach chairs and provided all that you need. she was responsive to any questions.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Great, central location in the Cape. The decor was perfect for the coastal vibe. Home was very comfortable & welcoming. Backyard is fantastic to unwind by the pool & fire. The outdoor shower was a hit. We were a group of 8 women who were very comfortable for sleeping arrangements & bathrooms. The home was very clean. Host was very friendly & responsive. Definitely would recommend!!

Amy is a wonderful host. The place was spacious and clean! I really enjoyed sitting in the sun room and enjoying our morning coffees and a good book. Perfect place if you’re looking to get away for some much needed peace and quiet, but still have access to beaches, biking paths and great lobster and oysters!

This house was the perfect space for our family to spend a week on the Cape. There was plenty of room for us to host grandparents and friends for different days; a functional setup inside and outside; comfortable beds with clean linens; and all the amenities we needed for our infant, toddler, and dog. We loved that there were two pack ‘n plays and two high chairs, and they were in great condition. Tony was very responsive and even ordered outlet covers and a baby gate sent to the house when we couldn’t find them. We also loved the central location. All of our favorite beaches and restaurants were just a 10-15 minute drive away.

You will find in this home everything your family would need for a relaxing stay and visit on Cape Cod. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been renovated. Furniture was plenty, comfortable and clean. Centrally located, close to Hyannnis, grocery stores and Route 6. We cooked in two out of three nights and found anything we needed. We did not make use of the kayaks, fire pit and outdoor living space due to weather, but all those items will greatly enhance your stay.

This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family! We’re a family of four and we also brought our goldendoodle. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very close to the stop and shop and also not far from Bourne bridge. We drove Falmouth, Hyannis, Provincetown from here. Ariana was also very helpful and quick to respond over message. Overall I highly recommend this place!

This is an absolutely beautiful rental and location. Cleanest, most pristine location we have been to. Appliances and bathrooms are glimmering. Host is immediately responsive and kind. 10 out of 10 in all respects.

We had a family wedding and needed a home where we would be comfortable to stay and get ready. I found this home and so glad I did - we hit the jackpot! Although, due to our busy weekend schedule, we did not get to take advantage of all of the amenities this house has to offer, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, newly updated and very clean home! The location for us was just perfect and with the gorgeous backyard and patio, we did enjoy every minute we were there! As someone who also owns rental property, I can tell you the communication was amazing and so appreciated, and those welcome snacks were just what we needed after a long drive! Thank you, Lauren!!!

Melissa’s home was beautiful, very clean and felt like home the moment my husband and I arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable and easy to navigate, with restaurants, shopping, etc. close by. Melissa had plenty of amenities so that you could dine in with plenty of seating inside and out. When interacting with Melissa she was quick to get back to us, was friendly and courteous. We plan on spending time in this lovely home in the future. Great stay!

If you are looking for a serene and peaceful vacation look no further! This home was amazing and the beach was stunning. It was so quiet and private we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. Added bonus that it was only a three minute walk! The water was so crystal clear and beautiful. It was such an amazing vacation for our family. We stayed with our three children and parents and in laws and had plenty of space. It was much bigger in person! It also was nicely centrally located we were able to go to P town and take the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket. Thank you William for an incredible stay.

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning home, well worth the money! It’s obvious why this home is booked so far out in advance. The kitchen is the focal point, with a large dining table and open to the living room. Great place to build memories with your family. Rooftop deck is a nice bonus and of course a short walk across the street to the beach, you can’t beat it! Also a short drive to a park, grocery stores and tons of great places to eat. One of the best parts of staying at this home compared to some others we’ve stayed at over the years is the host. Top notch communication to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a minuscule hiccup that they treated like a major issue and went above and beyond to solve X 10. You can tell they truly care their guests have an A+ vacation. We will 100% stay at this home or any other locations Itrip Boston hosts! Thanks so much for making a memorable experience for our family!

My family of 5 adults had a great stay at Ashlee’s. We were so comfortable. She even had a bottle of wine and some snacks to welcome us. The house is in a really nice neighborhood. We rented bikes from Palm City Bikes and rode the Cape Cod Trail one afternoon. Overall, a fantastic time and would stay again.
