Holiday rentals with a kayak in Barnstable County

This was the best place we stayed at on the Cape! We felt like home . A beautiful spacious home , great back yard , close to the beach , restaurants, ice cream place , playground . The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with . Thank you for letting us use your home . We love it and we will definitely return !

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

Stayed at this house with five couples and four kids and it housed us completely comfortably! Special notice of the baby stuff (high chair, bathtub, silverware, towels etc) that Rachel left out for us which was so nice. Plenty of room for gatherings and very kid friendly. Location is prime with 10 minute access to bay beaches and tons of restaurants. Outdoor shower is extra lovely. Rachel was extremely responsive and accommodating. Will hope to stay here again next summer!

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

What a truly delightful stay we had at Ragnhild's charming studio in Chatham, Massachusetts! From the moment we arrived, Ragnhild was a wonderful hostess, making us feel incredibly welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed. The studio itself was absolutely perfect for a peaceful getaway. It was clear Ragnhild has put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and relaxing space. We especially appreciated the tranquil atmosphere – it was truly a wonderful place to unwind after exploring the beautiful Chatham area. We highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and peaceful retreat with a truly wonderful host!

Perfection - no description or picture can capture this amazing property. Comfortable, tasteful, amazing activities and watercraft/beach supplies. Perfect for active boating, beach, cycling around or simply watching the swans and herons from the deck with a beverage in hand. We can't wait to come back. Main part of house perfect for 3-6 in the three comfortable bedrooms and the "rec room" bedroom perfect for 4 single bed sleeps (or just me - I had the bedroom deck to do yoga at sunrise and was sooooo happy). We wanted for nothing.

We were so pleased with our stay! Michelle was so proactively communicative. The best host communication I’ve ever had. And the place was very nicely furnished and full of charm. Super easy to check in! The little bunnies hopping through the grass was a huge hit for our five year old and she loved having her own big girl bed. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. So very relaxing and peaceful. The view from the deck was so beautiful. Lisa was a great communicator as well. The house location is great because it's so close to the Ferry if you'd like to head to Martha's Vineyard for the day and close to some great little restaurants and shops in town.

The cottage is the essence of Cape Cod. Beautifully maintained and isn't misssing a thing. Absolutely loved the cottage, it brought me back to my childhood when we stayed in a similiar cottage on the beach.

Our stay at Kevin’s cottage was nothing short of amazing! He had everything we needed to make our stay the best, even things you wouldn’t think an Airbnb would have which was sooo helpful! Very clean, the location was in the middle of all the things we wanted to do while at the cape, and just overall a cute little cottage. Loved the outside shower as well!! Kevin was also so helpful with everything and a great host. Couldn’t recommend enough! We’ll be back!

Great stay in Truro with friends for a girl weekend. The cottage is clean, cute and had the basic necessities for a weekend. The location can’t be beat being right on the beach and we loved it! We had 4 people in the cottage and it is quite tight. The two full beds are up against walls so while you can sleep 2, you’d need to climb over the other to get out. Getting ready was challenging with the mirrors in very tight quarters in the bathroom and bedroom and not a lot of room to put your things. The sofa in the living room was really comfy and nice to wake up to views. Overall, great spot and stay but would likely opt for a hotel in the future to get more value for what we paid in terms of space and overall comfort. We did know the cottage was small going in so no regrets there.

The Lemon Drop was perfect! Just like the pictures with a clean beachy inside and amazing outdoor space. We had a wonderful time with all the amenities easily available. Great communication throughout our stay

Cute spot! Loved the ease to the water! Got in first night and they even had the light on for us. Close to anything you need!! Perfect for a Mother’s Day get anyway for me and my three girls! Fished/boated/swam and had a great time! Van was willing to accommodate a late check out for. Decent price, although we ended up heading out on time I was grateful for this! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Van and Family!!!
