Peninsula in Barra de Tijuca is undoubtedly the best neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. I recommend watching videos on YouTube. The neighborhood has all the amenities (security, mall with supermarket, food court, pharmacy, spa, exchange house, beauty salon, etc.) in addition to being surrounded by a lagoon with lush nature and having two beautiful parks for walking.
