The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

All perfect as in the listing photos. Super indicated and if I go there again for sure I and my family will stay in this house again.

We were fortunate to find Mr. Evande's house at a delicate time: we were on the street with two dogs after a problem with another accommodation. He was a blessing! She prepared everything in record time and welcomed us with great affection. He took care of our dogs as if they were his own, which gave us total peace of mind. The house is super cozy and complete — the kitchen has everything, and the blankets are very warm. There is a list of city tips and useful contacts, all carefully thought out. We really felt at home and we will definitely be back. You can rent without fear: Mr. Evande is extremely attentive to guests (and loves to welcome them, especially those who have pets). The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
