Charles' apartment is great, well equipped and very comfortable. Local was well tidy, cleaned with all bedding and organized towels. The village met expectations and we will be back for sure. Condomínio is very good and safe. Charles was very requested, sent information about the surrounding restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy and Fábio (checked in and out) also very attentive. I recommend.

We love our stay! The apartment is very nice, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The condominium is excellent, new building, with a sensational leisure area. The pools are wonderful and everything is very well cared for. Hosts were great, always considerate and available. We recommend it for sure and would return without a doubt!

This was my first AirBnb reservation, the photos were my reference and upon arrival, in addition to the good service from the host, the property is much better than the photos, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return again, safe location, quiet beach, exactly what I was looking for.

Very well furnished apartment, functional spaces, complete with everything working, I felt at home. The condominium is very safe, clean, organized and with a family environment. Delight over the sea by the balcony, lie on the loungers of the pool and contemplate nature. Ana always helpful, very dear. I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, great to enjoy with a large group of people, the backgrounds are perfect, with a soccer/ volleyball field and space for the fire. The house inspires love and care. We were very happy in those 7 days.

We had a very good stay! Tânia welcomed us very warmly. The house was very clean. We only missed air-conditioning in all the rooms (there was only in the en-suite) because we had very hot days and the ceiling fans could not handle it. We were a little frustrated because the freezer, which appeared in the photos when we rented, was not working. We went to spend 8 days and took a lot of refrigerator stuff and only the refrigerator didn't work. Other than that, everything was fine. A wonderful view of the sea, super safe condominium for those who go with children, easy access to the beach. We liked it a lot.

The land is very large, it was great for the dogs to stay, as it had enough space to run, a wall with a lot of privacy. Hosts were friendly and made themselves available if we had any need. The region is beautiful and safe, very close to Grant beach, market nearby. The house is very cozy, great mattresses and pillows, very good TV, it has everything you need to spend several days.

Ana is an excellent host! Always helpful and responded super fast. The house is excellent, very clean, fragrant, with various utensils providing greater comfort and coziness! It's 1000/10 🥰 We'll be back more often for sure!

We were 5 adults, a closed and quiet place, although weekend fills the very respectful people, for example, no loud music. If you are looking for a quiet and family place it is highly recommended. Being closed it is very secure. It has beach access, as pictured. On the days we touch the sea was bravo, I love that's the coast of Barra Velha. I did not see cleaning the municipality or whoever it is, the garbage/dirt that the sea brings to the beach. On the beach there is a caipira and food salesman who has his local nearby and there are no street vendors except for one who step by selling ice cream.

Claudia from the first contact was very solicitous and kind. Always with clear and true instructions. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, jacuzzi, cleaning, new furniture. All perfect as in the listing photos. Super indicated and if I go there again for sure I and my family will stay in this house again.

We really like the site! Beautiful and quiet, supermarkets nearby, convenience stores on the front. Ap very good and well equipped. The owner always responded super well and always cordial.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

Before booking with Joselita I had 2 cancellations in the same building which made me apprehensive, but with it was all quiet, apartment equipped, we do not miss anything, the structure of the building is excellent, the beach in front of the building is not the best for children, but nothing that prevents the use, we will definitely go back

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent swimming pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!
