Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Barranco

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! 10/10 Excellent for short and long stages. Cozy, organized and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Recommended.

This is the second time we have rented the house and again we are very satisfied. We love the layout, the location and the atmosphere of the place in general. Communication with Alberto was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to incorporate a little more kitchenware, but everything else was perfect. Thank you Alberto! Totally recommendable.

We absolutely loved Judith and Hernan’s place. It was centrally located in San Isidro and walkable to so many things, but offered incredible privacy. The decor, comfort and spaciousness accommodated my family very much. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked, the rooms were cozy and came along with large smart TVs, and was an artful combination of classic Lima architecture with a modern flair. My favorite part was the back courtyard, where we able to use to both work out and relax. We hope we can stay here again!

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

Amazing apartment in Barranco. Lots to do, walkable, many restaurants nearby and safe. The hosts were very accommodating to me by letting me check in early and checkout late due to a late night flight. Would recommend!

Amazing apartment to stay at. It’s located in Barranco, which is definitely my favorite neighborhood in Lima. The building’s reception were always available which was nice. Never had any issues during my stay, but it’s nice to have an available reception desk in case anything happens. Pedro Daniel is an amazing host! His responses were incredibly quick. I definitely recommend staying in this apartment when you’re in Lima if you plan on visiting Barranco/Miraflores.

Great place. Comfortable building and convenient location.

The only downside is the dirty floors. We had to wash them because we have a baby crawling on the floor, but it didn't affect our rating and overall experience. The apartment is very good for a couple or with one child. We were provided with a baby cot upon request. There are things for cooking. Everything looks new and cozy. Good internet. Very cool, calm and safe neighborhood. There is a place to walk, delicious cafes nearby, parks, promenade, playground, shop, attractions nearby. Cute Oceanview from the apartment. There are air conditioners and a heater. We didn't use the other amenities. We were missing an oven and a bath. Special thanks to the hostess for water, sunflower oil, salt, sugar and later check out. We recommend this apartment!

We really enjoyed this little place. It's a little back from the street, so very quiet for Lima (and Barranco). There is a small terrace and everything you need to cook. Great location too, a few minutes walk from the center of Barranco on one side and Miraflores on the other side. The accommodation is clean and the bed comfortable (relatively firm). There are some small details that could be renovated in the property, but nothing we didn't like. The staff at the entrance to the building is very welcoming, they helped us with our luggage and we felt very safe. Check-in was very easy too and they even allowed us to leave our luggage at the entrance before check-in time, which allowed us to go to check in without our suitcases before entering the accommodation.

Everything was very nice and excellent, I loved my stay in the apartment. Central location, Enrique was a great host from the first communication I had with him, super friendly, he told me everything in detail and treated me well. I would rent the apartment again 😊

Very good place, recommended and I would return

Wonderful stay with Carla! Extremely friendly and nice host in a really nice secure building. 24/7 staff, with a really nice rooftop pool area where you can have your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. Perfectly situated between Barranco and Miraflores and a 10 minute walk to the Malecon. Large grocery store just 2 blocks away. Carla's home has everything you need for a long term stay. The office workspace was really nice and the WIFI was great for remote work. Perfect stay and an amazing host. We have been traveling for 3 years now and this experience ranks right at the top. Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

The apartment is clean and safe, plenty of hot water, the hosts are responsive and helpful — our flight was delayed, and JJ recommended a restaurant for a late dinner. If have to mention one drawback, all bed rooms face the street, on 18th floor, there is some traffic noise at night and early morning, however the noise didn’t bother me personally.

Great little apartment. I wouldn't recommend it if it will be exceptionally hot during your stay, because the road outside is very loud with the windows open. But it was not hot when I visited (April) with the windows closed, and there's a fan you can use too, but no AC. Lisbeth is a fantastic host, super responsive and understanding - thank you!

My stay with Ricardo was a positive one. Good communication and directions before and during the stay. He was generously flexible with an early check in and the building has 24 security to make the check in process very easy. The depto and the building are very well kept and clean with modern, newer fixtures. The building is very well secured at all hours. The zone has more of the flavor of real LatAm and not a tourist area. Everything you need is within walking distance, including access to the beach and I found it to be safe enough even while walking around at night.
