It is one of the typical neighborhoods of Seville (Santa Cruz, old Judería). Shopping area very close (Sierpes, Tetuan, Plaza Nueva, etc) And if you want to take tapas and drinks, it is the perfect place to access the Alfalfa, El Arenal, El Salvador, Mateos Gago, Alameda, etc ... The apartamente has central air conditioning cold and heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, plus toaster and coffee maker and of course, with all the necessary menage for cooking. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Bed linen is included and additional blankets and blankets are included in winter, if required. The bathroom is spacious and bright, towels and gel and shampoo are provided. In the living room is the dining table, and the living area with the TV and a comfortable sofa that converts to a double bed.
