The stay was wonderful!!! Luciano and Ayelen are genius!!! They were kind enough to contemplate my husband's illness and were attentive at all times to respond to our inquiries . The apartment is just as you can see in the photos , it has everything to make you feel at home. The view is beautiful day and night and the location is perfect for resting and having everything nearby. We will be back without hesitation!!!

My experience with this place was very positive. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick, and friendly, which generated trust and facilitated the entire check-in process. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well cared for and with all the amenities working perfectly. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, public transport and tourist spots, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for both leisure and business trips. One detail that I really appreciated was the attention to small items like clean towels, full kitchen utensils and even shampoo. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

The apartment is excellent. Located, for me, in the most beautiful area of Mar del Plata. Jorge is very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. The building's facilities are great, and the service and friendliness of all the employees, too. The view from the balconies is unbeatable.
