Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

PLEASE NOTE: our apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE or anyone with mobility issues because it is accessed by a relatively steep internal staircase.

Our beach house sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom . The back deck and secure large backyard is an ideal spot for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends.
