Paula was extremely welcoming with very clear information and instructions. We felt comfortable in her place the entire time. It’s perfectly positioned in a calm and quiet environment yet easy access to shops and restaurants.

This is a beautiful home with unparalleled peace and calm; a lifetime could pass sitting quietly and watching sunsets over the ocean… :) Mark was an incredibly kind, responsive and gracious host. Thanks for all.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at the property, with Marta super responsive from the moment I booked the property to after check-out. The property was immaculate, with so many great hints and tips placed around the house to make sure we knew exactly what everything did, etc. The local restaurant suggestions were top notch too!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Grove property! Our group of 10 found it incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for a relaxing getaway. The communal areas were perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and spending quality time together, it felt like a home away from home. The location was absolutely unbeatable. Just across from the playground and only a minute’s walk to the beach, it was ideal for both kids and adults. Plus, being just a short stroll from the local shops and cafes made everything super convenient. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully laid out. We’re already talking about coming back again. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

We had a great stay at Simon’s. It catered for the whole family with kids and dogs. Great location directly opposite the beach, undercover bbq area and kids playground. Big fenced backyard for the dogs and play equipment to entertain the kids. There’s a studio detached from the house which was perfect for a guest with sensory sensitives when peace and quiet was needed. Highly recommended.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

It was a wonderful place to stay. We had kids and dogs and Kerry was very responsive and flexible to accomodate us all. The views and space is relaxing, clean, spacious and perfect for a family winter escape. Would happily visit again

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

We were extremely grateful for Kelly for squeezing us in when our accomodation fell through elsewhere. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our family stay. The pool was a great temperature and was used daily. The couch and beds were all extra comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. We only have one minor negative in relation to its location. The homes back fence is on the main road and also shared the fence line with a petrol station. Therefore you do hear the traffic as well as the trucks sitting idle waiting. It’s more noticeable when sitting in the back entertaining area.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

Bluff House was amazing! The photos don't do it justice, it felt much larger in real life and felt very spacious even for our large group. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything you could need. The location is excellent, only a short walk to the shops and pub. Melissa was quick to respond to questions and provided clear instructions for everything. We'll be coming back!

This is my second time staying here and I will look to return again next year. It's a beautiful property with so much space to relax and dine, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows showcasing expansive views of the ocean, and wonderfully large outdoor areas as well as bathrooms. I love the location as it is almost directly on the beach, and a short walk to the main Ocean Grove shops. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Ria’s place. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great for our extended family. Kids (big and small!) loved the games room. Deck outside was lovely in the evening sun for a wine. Highly recommend!

Our family of 8, 4 Adults and 4 children (6,7,8&9) had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Barwon Heads’ “rustic” house. The children loved exploring all the nooks and crannies, sleeping in the bunk rooms and playing ball games outside. The main bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect being close to the river, shopping strip, hotel and IGA supermarket just a minute away. We jokingly called it “The Fridge” as it was so handy. It was very relaxing sitting in the lounge area after coming back from a busy day out. Mark was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks Mark allowing us to stay in your home, we would love to come again sometime. Jennie

We really enjoyed the cottage. It has a great vibe and well appointed with everything you need. The way the house is decorated, and the very art interesting collection give it a special feel that was a delight to stay in. Recommend this place

I was blown away by how beautiful the place was, and am so grateful to have spent the weekend there. Cute little cafes on the strip, gorgeous beaches and an incredibly well equipped home for all your relaxing to be done. Host was incredible - obviously cares very much about the place and the guests. I can’t wait to book again!
