Holiday rentals with beach access in Basilicata

Alloggio dotato di ogni confort. Splendida vista su Scario ed il mare. A due passi dal supermercato,dal lungomare e dal centro storico. Ci si sposta a piedi. Host gentilissima. A pochi passi anche dall' inizio dei vari sentieri per raggiungere alcune calette e dal porto.

Stunning apartment on the seafront with sunrise to sunset spectacular views. The property is bang in the middle of the front, amenities, bars and restaurants. We can walk everywhere in this heavenly place that is Villammari and this architect designed apartment is very much in keeping with that beauty. The host is extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. It is also helpful that he speaks several languages because we are only beginners in Italian language. We cannot recmmend this prorty highly enough. OTIMO!

Posto incantevole , mare stupendo , con accesso ad una spiaggetta di sassolini quasi ad uso privato , Amelia e Gaetano ci hanno accolti come si accoglie una persona di famiglia , dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie oer trascorrere nel miglior modo la nostra vacanza , cordiali e mai invasivi , ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der kleinen Wohnung und die anderen Gäste haben durchaus recht, die Wohnung ust nochmal sehr viel schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. die Terasse/Balkon ist richtig groß und eignet sich wunderbar zum draußen essen und verweilen :) Das Dorf ist wirklich niedlich und entspannt, mit wunderschönen Stränden. die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und man könnte sogar backen. Das Bett ist neu und super bequem! Wir empfehlen die Wohnung aufjedenfall weiter. Einzige Kleinigkeit ist die etwas instabile Internetverbingung, aber daran wollen sie arbeiten - Uns hat es nicht gestört!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt über einem Restaurant und man kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen. In Gehweite befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, kleine Läden, ein Supermarkt und ein Automaten-Kiosk, an dem man bis spät Abends gekühlte Getränke und Snacks ziehen kann. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt, nur die Küche ist eher spärlich eingerichtet und der Ofen nicht angeschlossen, die Herdplatten haben wir gar nicht erst ausprobiert. Man bekommt in der Nachbarschaft nämlich auch sehr günstig köstliche Pizza zum mitnehmen z.B. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, aber sind auch mit dem Bus und der Bahn in die Innenstadt gefahren, um die Parkplatzsuche zu vermeiden. Mit dem Auto haben wir die umliegenden Region erkundet und können auch das empfehlen- wobei sich auch immer ein Blick auf die Zugverbindungen lohnt, da Bahnfahren in Italien sehr günstig ist. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub mit dieser Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt.

La Basilicata è una regione stupenda, piena di fascino. Barbara, la nostra host, ci ha guidato nello scegliere i posti da visitare che sono andati oltre i classici siti archeologici di cui la Magna Grecia è ricca. Questo ci ha consentito di conoscere meglio la cultura lucana e ne siamo molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento pulitissimo (e io sono una maniaca del pulito) e dotato di tutti i comfort, ha fatto in modo che il soggiorno fosse ancora più gradevole. La presenza della piscina, grande e ben tenuta, ci ha rinfrescato i pomeriggi tornando dal mare nelle ore più calde per poi riprendere le nostre uscite in serata. Siamo molto contenti!

Een fijn appartement niet ver buiten het oude centrum. we gebruikten de fietsen. waren wel wat oud, maar prima voor deze stukjes naar het centrum. Dicht bij het strand en een prima ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat. Vincenzo stond ons altijd te woord waar nodig. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, tolle Lage, alles sauber.

Fijne accommodatie. Het was een beetje lastig om contact te leggen omdat de hoost geen Engels spreekt maar via Google translate ging het allemaal goed. Hij deed erg zijn best om het goed te doen

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Casetta così come da foto e descrizione, l'host ci accolti in modo cordiale e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente

Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, accogliente e confortevole. Noi eravamo in 2 ma ci stanno tranquillamente 4 persone. Siamo stato accolti di persona da Giovanni che è stato molto premuroso e disponibile. Le spiagge di Policoro si raggiungono in circa 20 minuti di auto, Matera in circa un'oretta. Ottimo punto per visitare i luoghi di interesse della zona. Consigliato!

Ein sehr nettes, gut ausgestattetes kleines Haus mit zwei großen Bädern und zwei Schlafzimmern. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr geeignet, auch mit Familie! Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man Blick auf das Meer, der Strand ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, die Wohngegend ist angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, es war sogar für Frühstück gesorgt!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Bellissimo posto, adatto alle famiglie, piscina super pulita, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Gospodarze są bardzo miłymi, pomocnymi i przyjaznymi osobami. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodynią, szybkie odpowiedzi. Pozdrawiam serdecznie Maria Elena i Guido! Mieszkanie jest przestronne z tarasem. 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki- każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie 🙂 W mieszkaniu znajduje się wszystko, co potrzeba: klimatyzacja, ekspres do kawy, naczynia, kosmetyki, nawet przekąski. Można liczyć na gospodarzy w razie trudności. Wielką zaletą jest lokalizacja mieszkania. Blisko stąd zarówno na Stare Miasto, jak i na dworzec (kolejowy i autobusowy), aby zwiedzać okolicę. Wokół dużo knajpek, można zjeść śniadanie i kolację 🙂

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely village right next to the national park. The host is super kind. Street parking was easy and free. I enjoyed very much my stay, and would go back!

Grazioso bilocale a ridosso del viale principale del paese e a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare (5 in macchina). Posizione tranquilla, tutti i servizi (bar, farmacia, supermercato...) sono facilmente raggiungibili sia a piedi che in auto. L'appartamento è dotato di una bella cucina nuova, spaziosa e attrezzata. Ampia camera da letto, in cui abbiamo alloggiato in 4 e bel bagno con ampia doccia. Da non sottovalutare lo spazio esterno con divanetti e tavolo, per rilassarsi o stendere i panni. I proprietari sono molto presenti, disponibili e amichevoli. Lo consiglio!

Good location short walk to the town matches the description of the posting very well, host was always very responsive and helpful!

Annamaria is a wonderful hostess. She gives very useful tips and advice. The apartment is a very quiet, cozy, clean and spacious place. It is very good because we felt tired after our trips to Matera, Alderobello and Locoroconda. We would like to stay here again when visiting Bari.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!
