Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Basundhara Residential Area

The place has very secure and quiet surroundings. As a traveler, I first need to ensure the security and reception people are highly responsible for their safety. They are very much friendly and responsible. They listen to any objection from the client side and try to solve the issues as quickly as possible. For the cleaning ingredient purpose, I recommend using the disinfectant 70% Alcohol instead of Kerosene. After all I appreciate their hospitality for guest and host interaction.

It was an amazing stay. Although it was a little hard to find the place , but the host made it easy to send the live location. (Airbnb location is not correct) The apartment is too good to stay!

I recently stayed at Mr. Monem's Airbnb, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I booked the property, Mr. Monem was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. When we arrived, he and his wife gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. What truly stood out, though, was Mr. Monem's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, offering valuable local tips and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

The place was in a prime area. The whole house has everything you need. The host was very responsive and helpful. His hospitality was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

The place It is a really outstanding place. very comfortable and cozy and has all the amenities as listed. one request to the owner is to update the location on Airbnb where the maps location navigates to a different one from that described. Fortunately I had been to Dhaka before and was able to reach with some effort but for someone new to the city it would be a hassle. (Commenting on Feb 2024)

While there were a few problems, all were addressed and fixed. That is life. I like the place very much

Incredible place! Loved the high ceilings, the lawn and just the overall energy of the place (+the ride to get there) The host was super responsive and helpful all throughout and can’t wait to escape the city and go here again!

This is a beautifully designed home surrounded by nature and quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the peaceful setting. The sun room on the top floor with a grass terrace outside is a great place to relax. Ashraf and the caretaker were both quite helpful when issues came up. We paid to have meals cooked there for us. It feels like it's in the country, but it's in a quiet gated residential neighborhood with nice paved streets. It's a great place to take walks with family (usually difficult to do in Bangladesh). There's a nice bike there to use. The house is equipped with AC's but no power backup at this point, so it gets warm during power outages. This is an amazing place! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation combining modern conveniences with the beauty and quiet of nature.

The communication with Lubaba was perfect. I booked the place for 20 days but finally I only stayed there for a few nights. She told me that I could stay for a more nights if needed and that for free. Do not hesitate to book this place if you are going to Dhaka. It is a quiet and secure place to stay !

It was amazing to stay at this place. Place felt like home. Check in-out was super easy. Can find taxis and restaurants in walking distance. Amenities was working properly. Near to airport. I would recommend this place whoever wants to visit dhaka.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

I had a wonderful stay at Perla’s place. The house was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again in the future! I appreciate the excellent accommodation provided.

Great stay. The owner of the house was so nice and welcoming. The appartment is nicely decorated and in a peaceful location in Uttara. Highly recommended for anyone who has a flight to catch the next day. 💯💯
