2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

Great house. everything decribed and same as per photos

I was with my family for 2 nights total of 5 families and it is 14 of us. We took the entire place(It’s a double storey landed house) and it’s very suitable if you’re with big family. From the beginning Imel was very responsive on my query and easy to dealt with. She was kind and giving tips on ferry tickets purchasing and which terminal is suitable and preferable and it helps me on planning my trips and since it is a big family trip unfortunately we didn’t use their drop & transfer services due to the limit of passenger. In this case we had already hire a driver.(Very rarely a homestay provided this services) The location is very near and it’s a walkable to Nagoya Hills. It is also near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and safe. Although Imel was not able to personally host me during my stay, she was being very helpful from the beginning we arrived and she had already arranged the housekeeper who is also her driver to welcome us. All is well

this clean and comfortable apartment boasts a beautiful view of Batam. located right above a mall, staying here provided much convenience when it came to food options. having a TV in both the living room and bedroom, the space is ideal for getaways and great for relaxing. Diki was also helpful and provided a variety of snacks to welcome us. on a side note, we noticed that the wifi is not always reliable and it took us awhile to get the Netflix working. overall, we loved this place and will definitely be our apartment of choice when we return.

The only thing missing was a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, but everything else was great, I recommend it 🙏

very accessible from batam center

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate. Highly recommended!! The Room is just nice for 4-5Pax. Price is affordable and view okay. Everything is comfortable just except the toilet because it’s abit small I feel. But overall everything is easy to access and me and my friends didn’t have any issue staying there.

I had an amazing stay at this unit! Everything was perfect – the place was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with great amenities, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The location in the city center made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. It was a comfortable and hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam and would definitely stay here again!

Booked and stayed in Mint's apartment for 2 nights. Very clean place and area is filled with food choices. Has 2 local marts just below the apartment to get almost anything that you need. Shopping malls nearby with just a few mins taxi ride there. Will definitely book Mint's place again when I return to Batam.

Nice place to stay. feel like home. Walking distance from ferry terminal to apartment. less than 5 mins :) place was clean! recommended!
