Our lovely hideaway is just a stones throw to the beach, simply walk across the road to the beautiful nature reserve. Turn left and walk to the beach or turn right to hike up the hill to the beautiful trails and lookouts. If you're feeling lazy there's no need to leave at all, the house is extremely comfortable with a spalike balinese feel. Relax on the private front deck, or take a dip in the garden fringed pool. Bateau Bay is ideal for snorkelling, swimming and has a world class surf break.

Located in the quiet 'east side,' you're minutes from beautiful beaches, nature walks, and shops. The studio includes a workspace, perfect for remote work. Bateau Bay village and beach are 3 minutes away, with Kmart, Coles, Aldi, Woolies, and more. Walk to the local bottle shop, pub, Thai, pizza, and Crackneck lookout. Close to Terrigal, Erina Fair, and Tuggerah Westfield, all within 15 mins.

Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Your clever, compact air conditioned Studio retreat is a 150m (you never need a taxi 😄) level walk to Terrigal 🌈Beach & it's choice of bars, cafes & restaurants. Wifi, USB charge points, kitchenette, coffee machine, linen and a large private balcony with seating for 6 and a BBQ. PLUS bonus Ralph - the border collie may be around! All my kids are adults now, live in Sydney & I want others to have fun in this great Studio. 4pm check out usually OK Sundays. ✔️
