A great weekend spent in this apartment facing the channel of Les Sables, magnificent view. The accommodation is very nice and clean. In line with the photos. We recommend!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. The apartment is beautifully designed and located in an excellent area. Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay and are already wishing to come back in the near future. A slightly lower cost would make it even more attractive, but given the location and the quality of the facilities, the price is understandable.

The location of this apartment is excellent. Very walkable to all areas of interest/inportance in La Rochelle including the Vieux-Port, aquarium, train station, Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is well furnished and it is great to have a private outdoor space as well as big windows looking out over the marina. The hosts are responsive and helpful if any issues or questions arise. The Café downstairs is also worth checking out. Definitely would recommend for your visit to La Rochelle!

We have been using Airbnb for a long time but this is amongst the best places we have stayed. The location is brilliant with a private beach..,,come on! Aurelie was brilliant with great advice on local sights and restaurants Would recommend Les Viviers exceptional food. We cannot wait to come back cannot recommend highly enough. Property was quiet while we were there beautifully presented comfortable bed and super shower

Exceptional beachfront apartment with a huge well-equipped terrace. The views are breathtaking! Ideal for lovers of the sea with all its colors. The place is comfortable and tastefully decorated, it feels so good. Bedding and furnishings are of high quality prompt at rest. The kitchen is provided with utensils and amenities, otherwise many excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation delighted us during our stay. The area is beautiful, it takes more than a week to discover everything. And thank you to Cathy, a welcoming and caring host, gave us all the tips we needed to make the most of our stay and more.

If there is one thing I have learned from this brief, but nevertheless very pleasant, stay, it is that the accommodation fulfills all the promises it makes through its AirBnB offer. Indeed, the accommodation is both faithful to the photos but it is also very clean when you enter it for the first time, the amenities are qualitative and the cozy atmosphere of the place is very successful due to the elements that I was able to mention beforehand. In addition, communication with the hosts is very easy and the tenants are proactive in the messages they send us before the check-in, which makes the arrival as smooth and pleasant as possible. In short, I would highly recommend this accommodation for all those who want to experience a real little break of relaxation.

What a great find this place is. Location is fantastic. Within a short walking distance to old town, many restaurants and bars, and La Concha Beach. Also close to public transport to Mt Igeldo. Ane is a fantastic host. She met us personally and was so helpful with local restaurant recommendations and everything regarding the unit. Location was peaceful despite being located in a busy area. We would definitely stay here again.
