My home is at 8mn to the beach walking, with some supermarkets and good restaurants all around. Sailing school and surfing school are near and the center of Saint jean de luz is at 3 kms ( 20 mn walking), Spain is only 15 kms. My home is perfect for couple alone or with one children.
