Thank you for a great stay! It was all that I needed and more. Peaceful with all amenities and then some. You have done an excellent job at thinking of every detail to make guests feel right at home. And I did. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe. Love the seating area outside for morning breakfast especially. Enjoyed the peace and privacy. To confirm, there is hot water and I enjoyed the hot shower. Helpful note given by host, let the water run for a few minutes so it can warm up. It’s like a 5 min warm up. The home is less than 5 min from a main mall, Plaza del Sol so you have many food and shopping options and attraction, like Parque de Las Ciencias nearby. It’s also just about 15 min to San Juan area. The host was so helpful, pleasant, and readily available to answer questions. I would definitely choose to stay there again! Thank you!

It was the perfect place for me and My Mom to stay. Quaint, nice, and you felt like you were party of the neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved it. The host was great. He made getting inside very easy with picture descriptions. Inside the home was beautiful and he even left welcoming gifts. Place was exactly what family needed! Would definitely recommend.

Evelyn was a great host from day one. She was always attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us. If there was anything that we needed she would help us and there was always clear communication. The Airbnb was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend to book with her.

Lovely place; the AC works well, which is a must in PR, and the bed was comfortable, decorated in a very charming way. The host is quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend and will use again in my next visit.

I loved the place, me and my husband walk to a nice coffee shop! I just wish the bed was more comfortable… To be fair, most Airbnb mattress are the same. I’m getting older and need more comfortable bed. Like I said, everything else was perfect!

Fue una excelente experiencia, Don Amilcar siempre respondió con rapidez y amabilidad, el hospedaje tal cual como se ve en las fotos, organizado, limpio, huele bien, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, suficientes toallas y todos los utensilios necesarios para estar bien y sólo llevar tu ropa y cosas personales, de resto todo lo encuentras ahí, muy agradable la zona y sus alrededores, muchos restaurantes disponibles y si prefieres cocinar tiene de todo disponible para que lo hagas, el baño muy amplio y con todo lo que necesitas para asearte, diferentes kits para uso, la cama cómoda para un excelente descanso y una iluminación apropiada, en el clóset te encuentras agradables sorpresas que te ayudarán a estar completamente cómodo en la playa (eso fue un plus) Definitivamente volvería, además es cerca de todo para que disfrutes de la bella isla del encanto 🥰❤️🏝️🏖️⛵️☀️

The place was very nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hosts were super attentive to everything we needed and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. The space was also very clean and well-maintained. One thing we really appreciated was being able to keep the A/C on throughout our entire stay definitely a plus in the heat! It's also just 10–15 minutes away from the main tourist areas, which wasn’t bad at all. Great balance of comfort and convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Carmen’s place was honestly such a gem! It’s about a 15-minute drive from Old San Juan, or Carolina which I actually liked as I loved being able to walk around and feel like I was part of the neighborhood near the locals instead of being right in the touristy center. And yes, you’ll definitely hear the chickens. Lol. But that is what makes Puerto Rico such a fun place to visit! The chickens were honestly one of my favorite parts of the trip! They reminded me every day to get some fresh air, which I really appreciated. There were a few local eating places, a supermarket and even a gas station nearby so I could grab what I needed. The house itself was great. It was super clean, smelled amazing, and had way more space than I expected. As a student, I was so grateful for the little study area. It made it really easy to get work done when I needed to. Also, the wifi was fast and reliable. This place is definitely a great value, and if I come back to PR, I’m 100% staying here again!

We had an amazing time staying at Ivonne’s place! The home was exactly as describe. Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Ivonne was an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated Ivonne’s recommendation of the island.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Very clean place. Home welcoming place. The owner was responsive and kind. The place was clean and had everything you would need to have a nice stay. The very upstairs was beautiful but if you don’t like bugs of any kind expect it to there (not cuz the place is dirty) due to trees etc. apartment is private and nobody bothers you, everyone is to themselves. Overall great place, great owner and only 13 minutes away from the closest Walmart.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location with an amazing view. Walkable to coffee and food. Thank you for being a great host.

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Loved it, second time staying.
