Had an incredible stay thanks to Christy. She was so responsive and thoughtful, from recommending great local restaurants to suggesting I adjust the curtain for the perfect sunrise. It’s clear she truly cares about making her guests’ stays special. Highly recommend! Place was very clean, beautiful and worth the price.

The place was very clean. We had to check in very late at 1030 but was greeted by 2 lovely caretakers. They helped with the luggage and brought us to the unit. We even left behind a charger and had to trouble them to arrange a timing for collection. They went above and beyond what they had to do due to our carelessness. The unit is clean and had everything we need. Restaurants and attractions are very near and grab can be easily found to get to the attractions. Within walking distance are many food options as well. There is a back gate of the condo that leads directly to the beach behind. Very accessible. If you are driving, dont have to worry as their parking is a basement parking. No need to go round many levels up and down. Lift lobby is also very near parking lot given. Will definitely book here again if i come back to Penang.

Nice booking and indoor amenities (like living room entertainment, cutlery, plates etc.) for a larger group, has a nice view of the ocean and interesting shopping areas/grocer nearby for convenience. The host was responsive and attentive to questions we had during check-in and the stay. We enjoyed the stay 🌷

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and plenty of great food/resto nearby. The apartment itself was cozy and well-furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had a smooth check-in and providing great recommendations for luggage problems we experienced . Saya sangat menikmati menginap di kamar ini. Kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi di aplikasi. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tersedia air minum, handuk bersih, dan fasilitas lainnya sangat membantu selama saya tinggal. Lokasinya juga strategis — dekat dengan pusat kota, tempat makan, dan transportasi umum. Host sangat ramah dan responsif, memberikan petunjuk check-in yang jelas dan cepat tanggap terhadap pertanyaan saya. Suasana lingkungan juga tenang dan aman. Stayed in Ashley place for one week. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Air condition works very well. Host response very quickly and was able to accommodate my request. Swimming pool on top of the building with gorgeous views. On ground floor coffee shop ZUS. Small supermarket “99” 3 minutes walk. Recommended.

Pax’s place a perfect gathering place for the family amongst dad, 3 sisters (one from Australia, one from Selangor and one from Penang herself) as well as for the nieces. His place is so comfortable and feels like home. We didn’t do much touristy activities but are happy with the facilities provided by the condo.

The room is clean, each of the facilities are in good condition and the scenery of the sea is beautiful, which is a good place for healing. Most importantly, owner is kind!
