This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

The place was awesome. It’s a 10 minute drive from the beach, clean, close to grocery stores, private, and has all the things you’d need to enjoy your vacation. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while being close to the beach, but still off the beaten path. Christian and his wife Kristy were very helpful, and responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns.

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect, just minutes from the downtown area. Wendy was a great host and provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.
