We absolutely loved our stay at the Ackerman Boat House! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, etc…,and a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The hosts, Derek and Marti, were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The toys provided were a huge hit with my grandkids and added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind while kids were playing and our pet was out. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly had nothing but good things to say about this stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful and comfortable stay for a first time AirBnB experience! The condo was in a great location. The balcony view was nice and quiet. Mike's place was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The kitchen and appliances were handy for making and preparing meals. Everything in the condo was well though-out. Mike was friendly and responded quickly to questions.

We absolutely loved staying here! Right on the beach, we had a great spot to walk out to every day, it wasn’t too crowded at all, and it’s so nice to be able to walk back in for lunch! The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect vacation spot at our favorite beach! 10/10 would stay again!!

When you visit Annie’s place, enjoy a glass of wine or cozy cup of coffee with their stunning view of the bay only a few footsteps out the back doors. Immaculate gardens and lawn greet you upon arrival. This is the most well stocked home I have ever rented. Tons of activities indoor and outdoor to keep kiddos of all ages entertained. Luxury indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. This place is lovely whether you want to relax or play. Communication with the hostess was prompt and thoughtful. We never wanted to leave!
