Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

Staying at this small house with pool was just what I needed. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay!

A group of lifelong friends and I meet once a year for a long weekend to catch up, decompress, and spend time together. We chose San Francisco this year and after hunting on AirBnB we stumbled across this estate on JAR Farms. The host Nikki was proactive, helpful, and responsive. We arrived on Wednesday and drove to thru the gate into a lush oasis. The pictures on the listing didn't do the property justice. We arrived at the guest house to a welcome gift of wine, local honey, and snacks. We were a group of 6 adults and the guest house was cozy yet a perfect size for a reunion of friends. We were given a tour of the property showing us the boat house/beach, grand staircase to the bay overlook, the pool house (pool and hot tub), gardens, bee hives, and the many trails on the property. The mornings we hiked Monahan Trail at the adjacent Old St. Hillary's Preserve. In the afternoons we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice bbq dinner. Perfect weekend! HIGHLY recomended. Will be returning!

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

We had a wonderful stay in Pacifica! The home was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location near the beach was perfect, with stunning cliffside views and the relaxing sound of the waves at night. It was such a peaceful getaway, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Felt right at home…very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. The Japanese-inspired decor was one of a kind. The location was within walking distance of quaint cafes, the weekend farmers market, and great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

What a serene respite away into such a calm, beautiful, thoughtful space. Pack what you need and just stay awhile, the environment is one where you never want to leave. Very comfy bed, such thoughtful decor, and a calming outdoor space. It's tucked into a little neighborhood in Bolinas with dirt roads and the best smells imaginable : ) that's west Marin for you. Our stay was flawless. Impeccable details welcomed us. Everything I look for in a stay was met and surpassed. Comfortable beds, gorgeous light, walkable to Twin Peaks hiking. Incredible sound system. We couldn't have been happier.

We had a very good time at Mel's place. The place was as per the listing. It's very close to the beach trails and also close to SF and SFO. Mel was very helpful, always replying back in minutes and answering our queries. Recommend her place for anyone looking to spend a nice peaceful weekend.

Great location. Tons of restaurants. Easy walk to the BART. Great view from the deck. Beds were comfortable A lot of nice extras in the kitchen (eg olive oil spices etc) I’d stay there again for sure

My family was in town for my son's graduation. I also live in Bernal Heights and Shivani's home was ideally located--close to my house and walkable to shops and restaurants on Cortland. The accommodation was comfortable for 2 people and had great amenities. Shivani was extremely responsive and thoughtful. All around great host.

I think the best thing was the great responsiveness by the hosts . Very friendly and so quick to respond.

Victorias place was lovely, the location is convenient for access to the city and Bay Area. House was clean and well equipped. There is ample space to park and Victoria was very responsive as well.

The place is everything you need! Clean and spacious with full kitchen and living room. Will recommend to anyone who travel in SF.

We stayed at Henry's place for about a week. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. The garage was a huge help. Having laundry services in the house was an added convenience. The kitchen is loaded with clean and maintained utensils, a blender, an Insta pot, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a microwave were clean and maintained. The desks in both the rooms were very useful. The beds were very comfortable. There was also extra bedding. All the beddings, bed sheets, and pillow covers were very clean. The bathroom was clean and had lots of clean towels. Overall this house is really good and deserves more than 5 stars. Henry was available to answer any questions and provide help. The house is in downtown San Francisco, so there was some noise from vehicles throughout the day.
