The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with its own bathroom, another with a double bed and the last with 2 bunk beds, it has another full bathroom, a living room with a wood stove, a kitchen and a fireplace (you can use all the wood you need, at no additional cost) in addition in the living room there is a recreational ping-ball machine, where you can play some free games, in the garden there is a pool and a barbecue. The house is located in the countryside, a two-minute walk from the village. It is a very quiet place.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.
