Recently renovated, retaining its traditional rustic charm - the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

The Dronne River is a stone's throw away (fishing spots, canoeing, swimming), the charming and unusual village of Aubeterre is 20 minutes away (underground church to discover), many places to visit within a close radius that we will be happy to share with you. 1 hour from Bordeaux, Périgueux, Bergerac and less than 1 hour from Angoulême.

Nestled within a historic mansion, this peaceful retreat offers an ideal setting for a rural family escape and relaxation. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden. You'll also have access to outdoor spaces: swimming pool, jacuzzi, and park.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Private pond with 2 islets for fishing, boating... Our horses live peacefully on the estate.
