Pleasant house close to the sea on foot (2mn) and all amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Very nice and responsive host.

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

This place and the hosts were amazing. We felt right at home. The apartment was really cozy and had everything we needed. The hosts also introduced us to their baby cats and let us pet them, which was a very cute bonus. They always responded fast and took care of everything. We would definitly book again, if we visit Durres again!

The location was easily accessible and we were able to park the car well. The house was spacious and clean. There are all kinds of shops nearby. A friendly host family welcomed us. We'd love to come back!

Absolutely great! We had an amazing time at this beach Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the sand — very convenient also for a family with young kids. Enjoying morning coffee or glass of wine on the patio added to this experience. Our host was great, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From helpful local tips to little touches around the home that made our stay extra comfortable, they went above and beyond. You can tell he cares deeply about creating a great experience for his guests. Whether you're looking to relax, explore, or just recharge, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

It was a super nice stay in the apartment. The balcony has a wonderful view over the beach and you find yourself at the promenate when coming out of the building. We had a nice check-in and uncomplicated check-out.

The sea view it was just stunning. The location couldn’t asked for a better one. Spotless apartment. We stayed for 6 days with easy access to any amenities. The host Roland, waiting for us nearly an hour prior to check-in as our plane was delayed and still made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with the luggage’s. Definitely going back in September. The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

Arber spent much of the week attempting to solve mobile phone IT problems, transport and booked taxis for us. Apart from a small check out mis communication he couldn't have done more to make our holiday trouble free. A very nice helpful host.

Me and my friend Michaela loved our stay with Alban. He showed us how to get in, was friendly and attentive and gave clear instructions how to get on WiFi and things to do locally. Alban was brilliant because we experienced some wet days so he organised a car so we could go on a road trip! We really appreciated that. So the appartment is clean, well stocked with cutlery etc and the aircon was wonderful when it got stuffy. Thanks Alban for being a fantastic host! I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else.
