Super location - everything is fine, best communication with Gianpiero. In the "eye of the hurricane" with such a central location, it can't be quiet out there - especially on weekend nights - but windows close well! 1A location has many advantages - great shops and restaurants and most important Durres points all around!

Good location, the apartment is in a Gated community and therefore also safe parking. Close to the beach. Alma responds quite quickly to questions.

A lovely place, 30 seconds away from the Durres beach and a 10-minute bus from the city centre. The host was superb, responding instantly and answering all my queries, as well as arranging a taxi for us at the airport. For the price you pay, it is far superior to every other Airbnb in the area that costs the same. would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a holiday with a cheaper budget.

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

Place is exactly like on the pictures, includes all the basics and more you need. 2 minutes wall to the beach. The apartment is located in a more piece full side of the beach which we really enjoyed. Plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Private own parking. Clean apartment. We spent a great week there.

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

We had a wonderful time at Lejla's accommodation. She was always available and immediately helped with problems. Her homemade food tasted very, very delicious. The hospitality is exceptional by German standards. People have always helped us. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The stay was great, and Arkis was very welcoming, helpful and prompt. The home was clean, safe, and exactly like the photos and as described. Definitely recommend to anyone who is still deciding. There are beautiful beaches nearby, you can eat well and cheaply, but also run to the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Arkis even gave us a place of recommendations and also brought homemade honey as a gift, but we couldn't take it on the plane, but it was very nice of him. THANKS again for the overall stay 🙏❤️

I stayed in Durres for two days with my son. Bojken was helpful on arrival and always answered my questions quickly. The apartment is not located directly on the street, but is very easy to reach. It offers a wonderful ambience and the necessary tranquility. The apartment is bright and new. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bed is super comfortable and nice and firm. The bathroom is small but sufficient. The best part was Bojken's parents, who also live on the property. We could only communicate with hands and feet, but it was thoroughly warm. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!

This wasn't just the cheapest Airbnb i've ever had, but the apartment was by far the best! Better equipped than any. Everything is in walking distance, or buses on the next block. I chose here, as like to experience the real place, not just touristy, and from what I saw, the apartment was hugely better than beachfront place... and a lot cheaper.... and actually closer to town! It a very safe place, the home very secure, inc cameras, and area, I never felt uneasy. There are shops, cafes, a bakery, fruit/veg stores all within a few mins walk, and the a good supermarket 6mins away. The excellent kitchen had all high quality electrical goods, Inc excellent gas/electric cooker, and a pleasure to cook in! Steisi was very friendly and generous, who has a rather special apartment. I shall miss living there, as was there for 3 months.

Everything was great. Clean, kitchen equipped, towels changed for 10 days of stay. Accommodation on a relatively quiet street (compared to other streets and in other cities). Good parking. Albert and his family were very kind and we always quickly resolved everything. There's also a place to do laundry (which we didn't use in the end). The only thing we can say is the thinner walls of the accommodation (the neighbors can be heard) and there is no hot water in the kitchen, which is not such a problem because the bathroom is leaking😁. We will definitely choose this place again the next time we visit Albania ❤️ Thank you

Very proactive host with detailed instructions to get inside the unit. Also great tips on restaurants nearby and things to do. Christian helped us to extend our stay in Durres at a super modern apartment after we checked out. It was last minute request and we are very grateful he can accommodate us at one of his other listings. Truly very responsive super host! Definitely recommend! The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

What a beautiful Airbnb! Literally on the beach and the beach walk has a lot of restaurants and bars that are really nice! The pictures don’t do this Airbnb justice, it was beyond our expectations. Would recommend 1000%

Great value for the price! Perfect for 1-2 people, with a nice balcony to enjoy. The area is full of restaurants and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. The beach is 5-7 minute walk.

Arsen is a great host. Top notch apartment with all you need. The balcony is perfect for spending all day. Sunchairs and furniture makes it a great place to be in the sun as well as eating and relaxing. Water dispenser, a lot of blankets, towels etc. It’s highly recommended if you need a stress free vacation. Can not thank Arsen enough for a great stay.

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.
