Waterfront holiday rentals in Beach of Durrës

This was one of the best places to stay if you are visiting Albania. It is a perfect location with an amazing beach view and everything is just close by. Lots of food, supermarkets near the place. The room itself was very neat and well Maintained. Definitely worth the pay.

Un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo, appartamento situato a due passi dalla spiaggia e dai negozi e locali adatto a giovani e famiglie, appena entrati subito si è sentito un profumo di fresco e di pulito la camera era super accessoriata di tutti servizi, lenzuola e asciugamani fresche di pulito, il bagno comodissimo con doccia e lavatrice, sono davvero soddisfatto lo consiglio, ringrazio Urim e sua moglie per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza.

The sea view it was just stunning. The location couldn’t asked for a better one. Spotless apartment. We stayed for 6 days with easy access to any amenities. The host Roland, waiting for us nearly an hour prior to check-in as our plane was delayed and still made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with the luggage’s. Definitely going back in September. Thank you so much 🙏

Het appartement van Joana is ontzettend mooi ingericht. Het plaatje klopte tot in de kleinste details. Het terras is een mooie meerwaarde. We waren heel erg blij met de airco 😅. Joana geeft snel en heel duidelijke uitleg. Echt een aanrader!

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, bardzo przytulne, wyposażone we wszystko co było niezbędne a nawet więcej. Zlokalizowane bezpośrednio przy plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowa zmiana opuszczenia lokum. Śmiało mogę polecić tę ofertę innym, będą zadowoleni jeśli liczą na przyzwoite warunki w dobrej cenie i z super lokalizacją do plażowania. Mały parking przy bloku, ale sprytni zawsze coś znajdą.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Xhoana in Dürres, die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben oft auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick gegessen :) big recommend!

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

This place really is a gem. The hosts were so incredibly communicative, listened to our 101 questions, gave proactive information and were just all around lovely people to talk to. We had an amazing time, the property is beautiful, easy to navigate and was wonderful for a large family with kids. Our area on the beach was easy and convenient, everything was just wonderful. I can't thank the hosts enough for their detailed support, patience, and surprises they had in the villa! They were so thoughtful. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay at this place.

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

One of the best Airbnb’s we have ever been. Place was even more beautiful then on the pictures. Pool was amazing and beach just 100 meters walk was great. Elio was very friendly and communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

This villa is truly lovely. It has everything you need and the pool and bbq is an added bonus. The garden/pool area is in the sun for most of the day, however there are parts of shade from trees when needed. All the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms equipped with shampoo and shower gel was an excellent touch. It’s in a very safe neighbourhood with friendly people. There was no issues with parking or noise. Overall we had a great stay.

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

L’ alloggio era pulito e comodo. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’entrata dell’ alloggio ,e ,pur avendo dato un orario orientativo dell’ arrivo, per un ritardo dell’ aereo siamo arrivati molto più tardi e chiamamdo mezzanotte ci sono state date tutte le indicazioni dettagliate con la massima disponibilità e gentilezza . The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

All was fine and a very nice host who also showed us around in the neighbourhood, which is quite chilled with a calm and happy athmosphere and plenty of markets and good restaurants.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

Moc děkujeme za krásné ubytování, najdete tu všechno a ještě více než je standard, pračka, prací prostředky, toastovač a dokonce i voda v lednici na uvítanou i malá lahev vínka, hostitelka je velice laskavá a vstřícná, umístění je hned blízko autobusové zastávky a výborná lokace na autobus na letiště, doporučujeme a určitě se vrátíme!

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand gelegen, Balkon mit Meerblick. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Saimen ist ein top Gastgeber. Er hat und bei allen Fragen und Problemen sofort geholfen. Keine Minute mussten wir auf eine Antwort warten. Er hat uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Vielen Dank für alles!

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.
