New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Amazing sea views Tenerife

Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.

A spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed adorned with neatly arranged towels. Soft lighting is provided by wall-mounted lamps. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal a view of lush greenery, while sheer curtains allow natural light to fill the room.
