Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer. From July 7 until the end of September 2025, there will be work to replace the elevator. (The apartment is on the first floor). I apologize for any inconvenience.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems different, slower. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
