I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Our house is located in the center of France, perfect for meeting up. Whether you are with family, friends, athletes or workers for the week, the cottage is for you because there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged with a double bed or 2 single beds. A large common table. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with a small relaxation area equipped with armchairs and deckchairs, a large terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs and a BBQ.

The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the bottom of the land completes this picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance with closet, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room.
