It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to all amenities. The 40 m2 independent apartment includes a small living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and a large landing, parking in the private courtyard. All the windows overlook the wooded courtyard with views of the cathedral heights.
