Nice, clean place, decorated with taste- we felt at home! Everything we needed was provided. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. One needs a car. Very good communication with the owner.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

My husband and I loved staying here! We got to enjoy what the island had to offer, and it was a quick and easy drive into Old Quebec City. The house was very cozy after a day of walking around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this Airbnb!

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated – modern, warm and welcoming. There was nothing missing: all the amenities were there, whether for cooking, relaxing. The host was exceptional: very kind, always available and responded quickly to all our questions. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. An address to keep carefully and recommend without hesitation!

Wow! This place was incredible. A stunning architectural gem with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Beautiful swimming pool and marvelous hot tub. Very steep steps down to a lovely lake that we explored using their kayak and boat— my son did some fishing out there on multiple days. The host recommended an incredible bakery nearby, just five minutes away and joy droppingly delicious. We went there every morning! Also a great brewpub and grocery store close by. We had a lot of rain but being in Audrey‘s beautiful home which was so peaceful and lovely made it no problem. We all slept so well and the kids had a blast. Hope to stay here again!

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

There were a couple of small problems with the apartment but they responded quickly and took care of everything Very responsive Easy walk to old town. Grocery store close. Perfect for two people

Completely enjoyed our visit to Quebec. Mathieu was an excellent host and responded immediately to every question we had. The condo was completely as advertised. Location is excellent for walking and touring by car. Would definitely reach out to Mathieu if we visit Quebec again.

We had a wonderful stay at Isabelle's flat in Limoilou. It was close enough to the city center, but in a peaceful neighborhood. The space itself was a warm and clean apartment that was exactly as described. Isabelle was incredibly helpful and communicative overall, and helped us navigate the winter street parking situation.

This was definitely one of our best vacations especially if you are an avid biker. The trails are super close. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings were breathtaking. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view and home were even more beautiful than the pictures could capture. All the amenities listed were included, the place was pristinely clean, and the check-in process was easy. The guide provided for the stay is well done and super useful as well! Overall, this was the most professional AirBnB I’ve ever stayed at and it’s clear all the small details (heated floors, windows to maximize views, cooking utensils, etc.) were planned out masterfully! I definitely see myself staying here again!

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 kids and we really enjoyed our stay. Dominique was very accommodating and even suggested a walk with a view, a visit to his farm in addition to offering us potatoes from his production. The house was spacious, clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The view and the walk on the beach were magical. And what about the hot tub. We don't hesitate to recommend this location and will be happy to go back!

It's new construction and very clean. Great views make it an excellent place to chill and find your inner peace, especially while you are in the hot tub under a clear sky and stars, in the middle of the wild forest. Great hiking trails are 1 minute from the doorstep. Overall, it's just a nice, quiet, peaceful, top-of-the-mountain house. If you want some excitement, Quebec is only 24 km away (30-minute drive).
