Nantes and Clisson are 15 minutes by train; market gardening and organic grocery store 2 minutes' walk.

Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

The Collector's Cottage

Little slice of paradise in the grounds of the castle. The cottage is the former lingerie of the Domaine de la Houssaye. Full of charm and authenticity, it is located at the foot of the castle in a private park of 22 ha with 2 ponds, woods, walking trails, gardens and permaculture vegetable gardens. The cottage is a cocoon with a unique setting. An idyllic location in a wilderness and an estate steeped in history. Accessibility: Access by stairs. Bathroom with bathtub.

You'll have easy access to the Anjou region and the Atlantic coast: Nantes, La Baule or Le Croisic, Angers.

"Tokyo" gîte at the Château de la Mulonnière

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

🏘️Located in a small town of character, this architectural ensemble classified as 'Remarkable' and 'Protected', built between 1545 and 1759 on a rocky spur, is organized around a closed courtyard. This dwelling has many vintage elements, such as its hives, porch, ovens, outdoor staircase, awning... 🚶On foot, you can easily access local shops, sports fields and the Denée pond.

The house is located in the village of La Possonnière, 200 m walk from the Loire, within the walls of an 18th century residence. Completely renovated in 2020, with garden views, it has a private courtyard with terrace and garden furniture. Living room, bedroom, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine.

Heaven place near the edge of the Evre

Charming house on the edge of the Evre. Possibility of hiking in the area and kayaking on the river. The town and its shops are very close and you have at your disposal a welcoming pool (shared with the occupants ofthe terraced house) to relax after the day's activities.
