Entièrement équipée, elle offre 2 chambres, véranda, jardin, piscine chauffée de juin à sept accessible de 10 à 12h et de 14 à 18h30, Wifi. Linge de lit et de bain en supplément 9€/personne. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).
