Charming 3-star gîte with fireplace with a large flowery and wooded garden of 1200 m2. GR trails in front of the house, the gîte is conveniently located between ANGERS and SAUMUR. Come and make a bucolic stop in our beautiful 16th century gîte, fully restored with its exposed stones. It is located in a village on the banks of the Loire classified as a "village of character". From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

This 'Clévacances' certified cottage has obtained 3 keys for optimal comfort. Private house with garden, terrace, barbecue and parking. The park provides access to recreation for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds) except for one bedroom. Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€95).

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).
