Fontalba is a uniquely tranquil haven of peace, in the heart of the beautiful rolling countryside of Lot-et-Garonne, with historic towns such as Agen and Cahors within easy reach. The house boasts four spacious bedrooms, 9 beds, 3 bathrooms, a superbly equipped kitchen and amenities including a 12-metre swimming pool, ping-pong and pool tables, large garden and full-sized tennis court. The region is packed with things to do and visit, including wonderful markets and beautiful hilltop villages.

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our petit maison situated in the beautiful grounds of our family home. The rental property is entirely separate from the main house. Picarroque is a situated on the edge of a small tranquil village, near to the medieval town of Lauzerte and many other bastides in the surrounding area. Also Moissac with its famous Abbey and cloisters is only 20 minutes drive away. There is an abundance of local markets to visit, such as Montcuq, Valence d'Agen and Cahors.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)
