I LOVE IT!! Will repeat again! there is only one drawback that is an iron board place, if you can upgrade a long and big iron board it's a little easy to iron.. because I'm a woman with a lot of things to get iron hahahahah.. another toiletories.. you need to know that customers don't have toothpaste shampoo body soap.. other than that everything is okay! thank you!

Honestly the apartment condition exceed my expectations. It is much more spacious in actual size than shown the photo. It is clean in every corner of the apartment. I have a 1 year old baby with me so cleanliness is one of my biggest concern when traveling. I’m very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment equipped with all the necessities for home stay and it just feel like stay at own place. It is an excellent experience for me and my family. The location is away from city area but easily accessible by car to city and other attraction in Penang. The surrounding is peaceful with nice view and lots of nice restaurants (walking distance, actually just downstairs). I tried a few nearby restaurants during my stay and they are all very delicious with good service. In short, I highly recommend this apartment.

The stay was great. there were bunch of restaurants nearby that you can walk across the cross bridge and go. the place was clean and it fits family of 8 or more. Would definitely recommend to the other

One of the nicest apartments in which we have stayed since our full time travel the past 8 months. The outdoor area was a bonus, with a huge patio. In fact, we bought an extra yoga mat to use in this space. Being able to hang laundry to dry outside was another benefit of the outdoor patio. The kitchen is extremely well fitted with pots/pans, flatware. We often cook at “home”. It was a welcome change to many places we have stayed that don’t provide dishes or even water glasses. Also convenient - the water filter in the kitchen. Comfortable bed in a large bedroom! It felt like home. A desk, too! Two bathrooms, one really large with a tub and a smaller one. The pool in the building is fabulous! We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed using it…what a beautiful area! Loved the feel of Straits Quay, even if it is quite far from Georgetown. Grab is easy & affordable. Grocery store onsite too. Nany is a lovely host! The Fish & Chip restaurant was fabulous!

The place was awesome ..just like what was stated in the pictures. The only thing which I found not to our liking was the location . It was far away from everything neither close to the market place nor close to the beach . You need to have grab for reaching out to all the places. One more thing worth noting is that if your flight is in the morning please keep extra time to reach the airport as all the grab keep cancelling due to tragic .

we have a great one night staycation at Mairaz Homestay. Clean, spacious, flexible check in and check out. Owner is very responsible to every questions, we definitely consider to stay again 👍

100% genuine , Even better than pictures. Designer home full of natural light with great feature lighting design for relaxing at night. Comfy and well equipped like your own home in a great neighbourhood. Spectacular Master suit with single bed study/office attached for your teenage with full privacy. Very clean living and dining area with balcony and Amazing view of the sea. Huge rooftop for stargazing…We really enjoyed our first 3 nights there and extended another 2 nights. Thanks to Karen and her team everything was amazing and memorable.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway with the family. Great for big family gatherings! The place was so cosy! And the amenities are conducive.

We had a fantastic 2 week stay!! The location is perfect! Walking distance to amazing local food, nice restaurants at Straits Quay and multiple grocery stores as well. Easy access to Georgetown. We really enjoyed our daily walks by the water. Eva was a great host!! Would definitely stay again in the future!

Chong is verry nice host. Verry friendly, kind person, fast respond and verry helpfull. He helps us from the first time we reach. The house is super clean, everything is complete. Soap, shampoo, house cleaner, etc. I love to stay there. I love the swimming pool. So nice and big. And also got fitness center. So we can always go to gym. Location is also nice. Verry quite. But i love the surround. If you want to buy something to eat you can direct go to Lotus. It’s only 5 minutes by walking. Everything is cheap. You can buy grocerry. And also got foodcourt. You can buy food, MCD, BurgerKing,or Sushi. And it’s not far a way to go anywhere. For example it’s take 10 minutes to go to Shooping Center Gurney Mall. I defenetly coming back there. The best place ever stayed so far. Spacious and clean unit. Not crowded. Super convenient location as Lotus just walking distance.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.

This is a lovely place with a great view of the straits. I brought a pet and was glad that it is not a carpeted unit. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and gave instructions in detail. Place is close to Gurney. I hope guest with pets will be responsible and adhere to rules to keep such pet friendly accommodation available. Thank you Shaz and Allister!
