Family-friendly holiday rentals in Beecroft Peninsula

A very comfortable house for a family group in great location in Kiama Downs, walking distance to the shops and beach. Very nice amenities including the spa and a big terrace. Good yard for the dogs too.

The property was beautiful and easy to find with Nadja’s directions. The views from the bathroom were amazing and my wife and I were able to relax in the spa whilst looking at the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was tidy, the hosts were very nice and we would 100% stay again!

From the moment we arrived every detail about guest experience has been thought of. There are so many little, thoughtful details that truly make you feel so welcomed. My highlights were; meeting Greg who was putting the horses to bed and happy for us to wander up and have a chat and meet the animals. The two dogs Chum and Bundy were really friendly and up for a pat. Plus, the duck pond with the viewing platform and seat. So cute! The firepit had all the wood and was ready to go which I really regret not making the most of this. The personalised card, treats and breakfast was really sweet, and they provided tips on making the most of the claw foot bath tub. It's hard to find an AirBNB that still cares so much about guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses and alpacas in the paddock, and waking up in the morning with the view of the horses frolicking around. It's was an unreal experience that allowed us to unwind from our busy lives

Lovely welcoming place and the fire was lit when we arrived which was wonderful. Great place, clean had everything we needed. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic on main road at 4.30am on a Monday/Tuesday, may be different in the weekend but that was the only downfall. Everything else was amazing thank you

We really enjoyed our stay, so well located for the beach and also shops / restaurants. Comfortable beds and furnishings and great extras like sunscreen. Will stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

A wonderful place in the country for a short break with the dogs for my daughter and her husband. I booked at very last minute due to the flooding in the mid north coast and Ellen and Tim were so responsive and accommodating accepting our booking so late and making it happen. They had been before and the experience was just as perfect - and super understanding of the dogs muddy feet due to all the rain. Thank you so much - we will be back again for longer next time.

Jeanette and Richard’s house was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and the location was great. Jeanette and Richard were excellent to communicate with and very generous in sharing information and making arrangements for our stay. We really appreciated it and it was a lovely weekend! What a magical house in the most perfect location! The beds are super comfy with lovely linen. The house is quiet and has everything you need. The view from the deck is next level. We loved our stay and Holly was a lovely host!

We think the shack was an understatement it is beautifully furnished main bed is very comfortable a few little treats to go with it. The kitchen is well equipped, and plenty of space for the 3 of us a very large tv to chill out with and plenty of room for our four legged friend to make it her home as well inside & out. Short walk to surf life saving club with amazing views of the ocean. Central to many beautiful beaches & day trips. Renee & Jason are very accommodating and provided many local tips We loved this place.

absolutely amazing stay, you will not be disappointed. The house was warm and inviting. all of the small things are thought of, the owner is very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house itself was in an ideal location, clean and gorgeously furnished. The cream on top was being able to bring my dog down and spend quality time with him in the home and at the beach. The wifi was strong and did not fail me as I was working from the house for 6 days. I would highly recommend both the home and the hosts !! Thanks for a brilliant stay ! Kelly

We loved staying at Bronwyns place. It was really nice, clean and homely and a perfect set up for dogs and babies. It’s in a beautiful setting and Bronwyn was an exceptional host who gave us great local Recommendations and tips. We loved the birds around the property itself was so peaceful. Perfect for a little family holiday.

We spent a phenomenal week here. The house was brilliant and the garage room with the pool table was well used. The proximity to the beach was also amazing

It was lovely to stay on Margot’s farm, we also got to feed the sheep which was an absolute bonus! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a private stay close to everyone to explore in the Southern Highlands.

Shane was super responsive, helpful, accomodating and gave great recomendations for dinner. The place is so central to the main street in Husky without the noise. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the place was clean and clutter free which I love!

We recently enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Diana’s gorgeous apartment in Mollymook. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment has all necessary amenities & is very spacious with sea views. I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

Wonderful little cabin attached to a main house, but with private entrance. Exactly what you need for a peaceful break, inc. wallabies multiple times in the garden! Peaceful, quiet and a very responsive host. Would absolutely return.

This place was perfect for our family with kids - spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. We loved everything about it and couldn't find any faults. We had a great stay at Carole’s place in Kangaroo Valley! Very cosy, homey cottage with a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and close to the local town. Carole was very helpful and responsive. It was a beautiful location with lots of wildlife!
