This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

It is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc: Lake Hourtin, the ocean beaches of Pin Sec and Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Gironde estuary, vineyards... The accommodation has been recently renovated in a cabin style. It can accommodate: - up to 3 adults, - or 2 adults and 1 child. Possibility of accommodating a 2nd child upon prior request.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
