It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal.
