All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.
