There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Outside, there are barbecue facilities and table bench sets and a garden for the children to play in.

I forbindelse med stuen ligger et nyt køkken fra 2022. Husets sovepladser fordeler sig på et værelse med en dobbeltseng, et værelse med køjeseng- mest velegnet til børn. De sidste sovepladser er i det nyindrettede anneks meddobbeltseng og dobbeltmadras på gulv Bemærk, at huset er af ældre dato, løbende er blevet renoveret.

Slap af i denne meget unikke og rolige kunstnerbolig. Huset ligger i landsbyen Tånum, kun otte kilometer fra Randers centrum. Huset er indrettet med en stue med tekøkken, badeværelse med brus og et lille soveværelse med en seng på 140 cmx200 cm. Herfra er der udgang til en terrasse, hvor man kan nye en kop kaffe i solen med udsigt til haven. Der er tale om en enestående bolig, med en fortid som kunstnerhjem. Tekøkkenet indeholder køleskab, kogeplade, miniovn og elkogekedel. Kaffe og te gratis.

The villa is from 1904 and has been renovated to be bright and welcoming with charming details and delicious materials. From the ground floor there is access to a cozy courtyard with sun and shelter most of the day, an outdoor room for if it rains and a closed backyard with grass and flowers and the very last evening sun.
