Our rustic home is on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have full baths. The third upstairs bedroom has half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The pool has no lifeguard so use at your own risk) A separate detached bedroom with queen bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. Please make arrangements with Daniel if you would like any meals prepared during your stay.

Unique Balinese inspired treehouse overlooking a seasonal river, butterfly garden and tropical fruit orchard. Built with locally sourced lumber that was mostly milled on the property and complemented with keepsakes and carved wooden accents collected while exploring Indonesia and Thailand. This is a birder’s paradise with daily visits of scarlet macaws, parrots and toucans. Located a short drive from world class surfing , oceanfront restaurants and nightlife in playa Hermosa and playa Jaco.

This beach house is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. It sleeps 4 in comfortable beds, 1 in a bunk bed and 1 in a sofa bed located in the living area. It also features a private pool . The unit is located 4 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 7 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, and restaurants. The house is located in LAPA LIVING which is a brand new gated community with 24 hour security and two brand new pools.

The guest suite is on the ground floor with private entrance but is part of our home where your host family lives. The fenced garden and parking are shared with us.
