Het voormalig Luxueuze Palace Hotel (gebouw met een rijke geschiedenis) dateert van 1914. De ziel van het gebouw is voelbaar in het appartement waar het de bedoeling is tot rust te komen. Ook bij slecht weer is het er zalig vertoeven. Het appartement is volledig gerenoveerd/vernieuwd.
