The interior design preserved the beautiful ceilings, mantels and woodwork & combined them with fresh, contemporary elements, excellent beds and contemporary comfort. Located in a lively neighborhood between Zuid, theater neighborhood and old town, all within a 15-minute walk. Good public transportation to every conceivable place in the city. City tax is €2.97 per person +12 years per night and is payable on site. Breakfast, if desired, is €12. .

Our guest house is a rustically decorated studio, it has its own kitchenette, vintage bath, shower, living room, large bed and private terrace overlooking the garden. On request, we provide a breakfast basket. We love art, in the garden you will find two Street-art concrete elements and we have a small ceramic studio. Free bikes!
