Waterfront holiday rentals in Belize City

Serene resort, very chill, clean and peaceful. If you like to be a bit removed from the action of the local village, this is a great spot. They have an excellent boat shuttle service that you can take to the village, super easy. If you want to walk to bars and restaurants, this is not the spot for you. On-site restaurant is Adequate and the local pizza Joint nearby is good.

We stayed a quick four nights here and loved the location. We were in caye caulker a year ago and stayed a little further inland. Loved the convenience of being so close to everything, yet still not in a super busy area. The staff was very helpful and responsive with all questions. I clean Airbnb’s back home in SLC and loved walking into a nice clean unit. Usually i am picky :) Our one issue was we didnt have hot water. It never warmed up for us. The staff was quick to fix it, but it never warmed up. It was manageable and we were just so happy to be there that we didnt make it an issue. We will be back! Thank you.

Abel's place was amazing, my wife and I loved it. He took the time to help set us up with some local tours and restaurants through Belizians and all of his recommendations were great. I would stay here again and recommend anyone who wants to be a little off the beaten path to stay here too. The bikes he provided us made it so easy to get everywhere and the pool was a nice touch to hop in after a bike ride. We also had a fishing boat pick us up right at the dock in front of the property, you can't get any closer or easier than that!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Hidden Treasures! The cottage was super clean and exactly as pictured. The complex is gated and we felt very secure. Plus, the street is on a dead end, so no street traffic noise. Bicycles are provided which was a huge help getting around. We enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker!

An amazing Family-Friendly Stay in Belize Our recent family vacation in Belize was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming onsite reception team, who were always ready to assist us with booking a variety of activities. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, perfectly suited for families. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. We were able to book several exciting excursions through the reception, including snorkeling trips, jungle tours, and visits to ancient Mayan ruins. Each activity was well-organized and provided unforgettable experiences for our entire family. The onsite dining options were fantastic, offering a range of delicious local and international dishes that catered to both adults and children. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive,

The place was front and center of BluZen. The pool is right there, the restaurant/bar is right there, the boat taxi is right there and you can’t beat the ocean view in the morning. We loved Caye Caulker and Scott’s place and are already talking about going back. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We traveled with our 5 and 7 year old and they both had a blast. We used the bikes quite a bit and rode to Bliss Beach on 2 of the days we were there, which we loved. We also enjoyed the Pelican Sunset for dinner and sunset. Sting rays at the Iguana Inn was also a favorite thing. BluZen reception people were always helpful and responsive when we had a question as well. It was really nice to have the option to have it cleaned midweek, as we sometimes don’t like airb&bs because of no cleaning.

Staying in the Old Belize Marina was a perfect spot for this trip. The apartment is gorgeous. The full bathroom had everything needed and more!! Even in the very windy conditions this time of year I slept well and was very comfortable with the accommodations!

Great place for the price. Nice secluded location. Only problem was it was difficult to find, but Denise was responsive and came and helped us.

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Staying at Watsons accommodation was amazing; I felt safe; I felt comfortable; I felt like I was living like a true local! It has everything you may possibly need to stay at a home away from home! I loved the fact that its backyard was pretty much a park(perfect if traveling with kiddos). AC worked perfectly! I definitely recommend Watsons place!!!

Nina and her family were amazing hosts. Their place was perfect for what we were looking for. It's "out of the way" but close enough to everything in town that a quick walk would solve any need. They were beyond accommodating along with the sunset cruise with Nina's *heavy* pour of rum punch. =) It's a must! We will be definitely be coming back. You won't regret staying at the Tiki House!

It was amazing to be able to have a home to stay in while we were visiting Belize City. Ann Marie was such a wonderful host and was very thoughtful with the amenities. Everything was clean and very accessible. She was very careful to explain the property for us and we were so thankful to have such a great clean place to stay while we were visiting. Very close to downtown areas and the port for our excursions. She was thoughtful in recommendations for places to eat and just so kind. We would gladly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is an area of Belize we hadn't really been before but it was great to experience. The house was neat and clean and exactly as described. The views are beautiful and the seclusion is peaceful. The only thing I would note was, the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling so that makes it hard for some people to stay up and some to sleep. It does help with cooling the house though. Other than that it had everything we needed. We saw so many birds including 12 green parrots at one point and a flock of 8 parakeets. We saw the monkeys from the deck off in the distance. We evens saw a croc down the street at the river. We also booked a tour to the ATM cave through them and it was wonderful being picked right up at the house and taken there. We rented a car but didn't want to worry about rising early and finding our way there. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Caye Caulker. The proximity to the water taxi, restaurants, and activities was such a plus. We used and enjoyed all the amenities, loved the views and slept comfortably. Five stars, will definitely stay here again in the future.

I take a week once a year to come to Caye Caulker to escape the winter blues in Seattle, and love staying at this location. The staff are helpful, kind and responsive; the rooftop deck provides a lovely view of the Caribbean, and there's a fun little restaurant just across the path with good music and trivia nights. I also work online, and the WiFi is strong, with no issues. I'm already looking forward to coming back next year.

We really loved our stay here! The location was perfect, looked very neat and new and the communication with Joan was perfect. She responds very quick and will always try to help you

This is a beautiful place right in the heart of Caye Caulker. All activities and attractions can easily be reached by food. Plenty of great restaurants for any occasions are right outside the door. A heads up, the central location comes with some noise until late at night.

Sal was really responsive and a wonderful host. She greeted us for check in and helped us get settled. When a kitchen pipe burst and our room got flooded, she came to dry the room immediately even though it was late on a Friday night. She even moved us to a different room as to not disturb us while she was drying up our room. The Airbnb is in close proximity to the dive shops, the split restaurants and bars. We didn’t even need bikes! Things were clean and everything worked as needed. There was a power outage on one of the nights but it quickly resolved itself and it wasn’t due to the Airbnb.
