Excellent location just 6 blocks from the beginning of the hotel zone, quiet. WIFI HIGH SPEED 100 mbps, Jacuzzi pool (no hot water included) and all the amenities to relax after the excursions and tours, within walking distance there are two Circle K and Oxxo convenience stores, Chedraui supermarkets, Walmart, laundry, Burger King, restaurants, coffee shops. Bus stop one block away with routes to all tourist destinations and beaches.

In the heart of the city. The location has as an advantage its nearness to the downtown and the beginning of Hotel Zone (Just one block away!) You can park free your car close to the building and enjoy the sunset from our roof garden.
“The apartment is as described. A little small but everything needed was provided by host. I felt very safe in apartment due to security of facility. Main strip with restaurants and stores a 5 minute walk away including large supermarket. Air conditioning was great and hot water on demand as well. A good value”
Private full apartment with beach, sea and pool downstairs in the calm area of Cancun, 20 minutes from the nightlife and beaches of "Zona Hotelera", 40 mins from Airport and 10 from Dowtown Cancun. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and the best ocean view. Second bedroom with Queen bed too. Living room with a great ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve. There is air conditioning, a small TV and 15Mb/sec WiFi. Private security 24hrs, parking space for 1 car
“Tere's place is absolutely wonderful, the photos don't do it justice really. Simple but with everything you'll need. If you are looking to see the peaceful and tranquil side of Cancun - please stay here. Waking up to the sunrise everyday and being able to walk out onto the balcony or directly down to the beach was unbeatable. We visited the "Hotel Zone" one day and immediately were relieved we didn't stay over there. This is definitely the place to be if you want to be surrounded by authentic, amazing seafood. We ate *so well*! All of Tere's recommendations were spot on! I will admit though that my travel partner speaks fluent Spanish so we didn't struggle with the language barrier as others might - but everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation! I will be recommending Tere to everyone I meet and already planning on coming back to Cancun!”
